We endeavor to present accurate product descriptions, material compositions (e.g., 100% natural slate, organic linen/cotton), dimensions, and pricing. Because genuine slate and artisanal woven textiles feature natural characteristics, subtle variations in stone grain, edge texture, and fabric color depth are natural qualities of raw materials and do not constitute defects.

3. General Conditions & Product Care Disclaimer

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any portion of the Service without express written permission by us. Textile & Stoneware Care Notice: Customers are advised to follow specific washing instructions (gentle cycle, air dry) and care guidelines for slate products (hand wash, do not microwave). Slate Loom is not liable for shrinkage, color bleeding from improper machine washing, or slate breakage caused by thermal shock or impact drops.
